Bridget Halligan is a Vice President with 270 Strategies specializing in online engagement tools. She served most recently as an Engagement Program Manager on the digital team of the 2012 re-election campaign of President Barack Obama. In this role, Bridget helped bridge the gap between online and offline organizing – and empowered volunteers around the country to take meaningful action using digital strategies.
Bridget learned the principles of grassroots organizing as a Field Organizer in Florida on the 2008 Obama campaign. She earned a B.A. in Political Science and Arab and Islamic studies at Villanova University, where she also served as student body president. Originally from Marion, Massachusetts, Bridget now lives in Chicago. She loves pugs and crafting.
