Tyler Brandon is an Associate at 270 Strategies. Most recently, she worked as a Research Associate at Omidyar Network, a philanthropic investment firm. During the 2012 Obama for America campaign, Tyler worked in Chicago with both the Paid Media and Opinion Research teams and with the Field team in Wisconsin. She previously served as an intern at the White House in the Office of the First Lady.
Her experience includes work on political and health strategy at the public relations firm GMMB and research at the National Democratic Institute for International Affairs. Passionate about public health, Tyler has studied comparative health systems in Brazil, Vietnam, and South Africa, and produced an award-winning thesis on Brazil’s primary health care system.
Tyler graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Harvard University with an honors degree in Social Studies. She grew up in Washington D.C. before spending five exciting years living in Buenos Aires with her family. Tyler loves hiking, cooking inventive meals, perusing used bookstores, and planning low-budget international travel.
